Caecilians are limbless amphibians which are burrowing hence rarely seen. They dominate the ‘underworld’ in true sense. Although they are important, we have little knowledge about them.
During the lockdown Nidus was actively involved in popularising science by giving web talks on various aspects of biodiversity. One such talk was organised by WINGS, Durgapur, West Bengal and this is one of our efforts to popularise caecilians.
